Rosai-dorfman disease in pregnancy with rare presentations – A case report

Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) also known as sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy is a rare disorder of histiocytes characterized histologically by intracellular engulfment lymphocytes. It may occur in any age group, but most commonly seen children and young adults. painless, bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy. In approximately one-third patients it can variety extranodal sites where have abundant plasma cells sclerosis. We present case RDD pregnant women who presented unilateral lymph node features showing increase sclerosis sites.
